What happens if I report more information on my driving history than what shows up on my record? I received a DUI a year ago but my driving record was cleared when I turned 21. I don't want to lie to anyone but I also don't want to pay more than I have to.

If you were given a form of accelerated rehabilitation, which means your record was erased after a certain probationary period, you should not have to report this infraction. If your record was not actually ordered erased by the courts, the infraction will still be accessible by your insurer. Check with the court to see which situation applies.
