My boyfriend's separated wife is now pregnant with her fiance's baby. Without a divorce, can he get her off his insurance?

Without a divorce, he's stuck with her on his health plan until his next open enrollment period. Companies generally hold open enrollment in the fall or winter, and changes take effect in the next plan year. So it sounds like she'll be enjoying his insurance coverage of her prenatal care and maternity through Dec. 31, 2013, unless a divorce is finalized.

I wonder if Kim Kardashian is still on Kris Humphries' health plan.
