If I file for bankruptcy, will the creditors take the accumulated cash in my whole life insurance policy?
My husband and I each have a $250,000 five-year term life insurance policy. Does that mean at the end of five years we have to get a physical before we can renew our policies? In general, should you enter into the longest possible term policy because you could have a problem renewing the policy due to an illness?
If a person with a life insurance policy pays premiums on the policy for one year, and then commits suicide, would the insurer pay the beneficiaries? Or does suicide void the life insurance contract?
What's the difference between group universal life and individual life insurance? Which one is better?
My mother bought a life insurance policy with me as the beneficiary. Can I get a copy of the policy to look it over and keep so I can find all of the contact information when she dies?

Four years ago I bought a life insurance policy. I realize now that I made a couple of mistakes on the application, but my policy has an incontestable clause of two years. If I were to die could the insurer still deny the claim because of the wrong information on my application? My father recently passed away, and I found a very old life insurance policy of his that lists my mother, who is also deceased, as the beneficiary. Neither parent had any other assets or a will, and there are four surviving children. How do we decide who gets the insurance money?
I recently started my own small business. It's not making money yet, and money is tight at home (my husband does not work), but I would like to purchase life insurance to cover my family's needs if I die. What kind of life insurance would provide the maximum coverage for the least amount of money?
My wife and I are in our mid-30s and have no children yet. Does it make sense to have life insurance if we don't have kids? If we do get life insurance, is it possible to name a beneficiary who does not live in the United States?
Are life insurance companies allowed to test the applicants for illegal drug use?
