They handle claims quickly and offer the coverage I need.
Their customer service is pretty good though their pharmacy authorization department needs a lot of work. having to get prior authorization for a lower dosage of a medication that I already have a current prior auth for is stupid and a waste of my time and my doctors.
They will help out when in need.

They do not have great managerial skills. There are too many people touching a claim and losing info from calls you make. We had made a wrong claim and they told us they would get back to us, 3 months later they sent us to collection. When we called 4 times later we finally got the "oops, sorry. We see that now we had told you we would look into this." Turned out we were right. This has happened more than once.
Claims are often denied despite doctor recommended remedy.
Seems like we changed cards 3 times this year, billing is really late, if ever. Very happy with my hospital so I keep the insurance coverage, seems like my rates go up each year.

They don't pay attention to the details of the claim and often deny for the wrong reasons. Providers have a very hard time getting a hold of someone to discuss coverage. Customer "service" is slow, terse, and unfriendly. The rates are greater than the value of the product.
