- They truly care about people.
- Always try to short you, have to read over all the EOBs.
- It's been relatively trouble free.
- You have to read the detail summary of your plan and know what you're getting into...the more you pay the better coverage you have. The customer service reps can help with almost everthing but once in a while you get one that is not nice or helpful. Horizon has a wonderful detailed website where you can find answers t ALL your questions about the plan.
