InsWeb Life Insurance Says
Through its partnering companies, InsWeb offers term life as a life insurance option. Term life insurance covers the client for a select period of time (usually 10, 15 or 20 years) and pays benefits only if the client dies during that time. Term life is often referred to as temporary insurance. These policies do not accumulate cash value and the estate does not collect any money from the policy when it ends. However, most companies offer conversion to permanent policies at term end, which means the client can turn the term life policy into a "permanent" one under certain circumstances. With permanent policies, a portion of the premium goes to building cash value with interest.
