Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company was organized in the spring
of 1946 through the team efforts of five southern Farm Bureau
Federations. The five organizing states were Alabama, Arkansas,
Kentucky, Mississippi and Texas. Southern Farm Bureau Life
Insurance Company's initial mission was to serve farmers and ranchers,
their families, and citizens associated with the farm industry by
providing affordable life insurance. Today, their product line
has expanded to include other financial services such as retirement and
business/estate planning.
