I am married and not legally separated or divorced. My husband has me on his company policy. What recourse do I have if he cancels my coverage?

None. But assuming he kept you on the plan at the last open enrollment, you're safe for another year. He can't drop you from the group health plan for no reason during the plan year.

If you were to become legally divorced in the next year, he could drop you from the plan at that time. You'd then have the option to continue on the same health plan through COBRA.
