I am getting married at 24. My dad's insurance is my secondary insurance provider. If we get pregnant before I turn 26, will my dad's insurance pay remaining amount on maternity/medical costs that my primary insurance doesn't cover (until the baby is born/I turn 26)?

Congratulations on the pending nuptials.

Yes, assuming your father’s plan covers maternity for dependents (you), it should pick up the remainder of the medical bills that are leftover once your primary health insurance provider has paid.  That’s the good news; the bad news is your secondary plan won’t help cover the primary plan’s deductible -- you are still responsible for that cost yourself.
