You and Insure.com agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in San Mateo County, California and the federal courts located in the Northern District of California, with respect to disputes hereunder. The following sections shall survive termination of the Terms of Use: 3, and 5 through 11. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Insure.com relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements relating to the subject matter hereof.
