- Anytime that I have had to deal with them they have been great.
- The company tries to get things right but can not seem to get my flex card set up right
- They have a large network.
- They pay claims quickly and with no questions.
- I am not that satisfied with Anthem Blue Cross. The prices are very high for family plans, however others are much higher. I have not been pleased with their customer service, and their coverage is minimal with the deductions very high for what you have to pay.
- It might be a little expensive but when your love ones are hurt you don't have to worry about not being covered they let you know immediately.
