  • Hospital, medical & surgical expense - covers costs of hospitalization, surgery and any other routine testing necessary

  • Supplemental outpatient - covers expenses of outpatient treatment such as emergency room, x-rays, lab work and office visits
  • Medicare supplement - helps fill gaps in amounts paid by Medicare
  • Home health care policy - covers the cost of the ever-increasing incidence of in-home care; pays for prescription drugs, eye exams, private nursing and routine physical exams
  • Critical Illness specified-disease - pays a lump-sum benefit upon the first diagnosis of cancer, heart attack, stroke, end-stage renal failure or organ transplant
  • Accident - provides benefits in the event of accident, injury or death
